OUR OFFER:
We have two 3- star apartments each suitable for 6-9 people situated in middle Dalmatian just 40 m from the see and 100 meters from the pebble beach. Apartments are new and comfort. Each of them has balcony with sea view, open air shower so you can take a shower in front of the house when you come from the beach. Apartments are surrounded with greenery and situated in big block house. Both of them are on the first floor of the house and both of them have private entrance. Each apartment has 3 teraces, one of it is sunny in the morning, and the other in the afternoon...each for different time of day. Total area of 3 teraces is more than 30 m2 for each apartment and you have chairs, tables and umbrellas on it. And you also have safe parking spots in front of the house. In the summer because of the greenery your cars will be staying in deep shade.

Apartment Skelin 1 (total area 100 m2+ 35m2 of terace):
consists of 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilettes, new and fully equiped kitchen, dining room, large living room which can be use as bedroom, TV, washing machine and 3 balconies. Each bedroom has 3 beds (one double and one single) and 3 people can also sleep in the living room (one bed and 2 sofa beds). So it can be up to 10 people.
Apartment Skelin 2 (total area 90 m2+ 20m2 of terace):
consists of 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilette, new and fully equiped kitchen, dining room, large living room which can be use as bedroom, TV, washing machine and 3 balconies. One bedroom has 3 beds (one double and one single) and another has 1 double bed and 3 people can also sleep in the living room (one bed and 2 sofa beds). So it can be up to 8 people.

WHERE ARE WE?

Our apartment is just 7 km far from Trogir. Trogir is town in middle Dalmatia situated 28 km far from Split, second largest city in Croatia. Slatine, small fisheries and tourist place, is located on island Ciovo, only 7 km away from Trogir. Island Ciovo is connected to Trogir by bridge, so it is possible to come in Slatine by car. Here, you can find all necessary for pleasant vacation (authentic restaurants, grocery shops, bars...). There are also fields for football, basketball and boching for those enjoying in sports.

So when you come to Trogir when you pass second bridge (bridge which is connecting Ciovo Island with Trogir) you have to turn on left and drive 7 km. After 6,8 km you will see Villa Sanda on your left side. After passing Villa Sanda 180 m far on the right side you will see our apartment on the address Bana Josipa Jelacica 57. It is block house (2 houses together) and you will recognize it from the picture. If you have any problems finding the house (I dough because it is easy) just call me on cell phone +38591 531 1614.

TROGIR
Trogir is called a "little Venice", a town-museum of the medieval heritage. Its history goes back to the Hellenic times when it was known as Tragurion. Trogir- 2800 years of history and life in this «treasury of art " town were always in balance giving the world a magnificent picture of cool and peace. UNESCO recognized its values and included it in the registry of the world monument heritage. Visit Trogir and feel the lush beauty of stone monuments, the mystique of the streets and vaults, coolness of the sturdy walls and bastions, the harmony of color and form of paintings and carvings. You can enjoy Dalmatian specialties (all kinds of sea food with olive oil) prepared with natural ingredients, or classic continental food in over 100 bistros and restaurants in Trogir area. Do the evening walk through tiny streets and squares during the Trogir Summer Festival and enjoy in the Folk dances, Classical concerts in the cathedral, or Jazz nights on Radovan square.

BEACHES
Clear sea and gravel beaches, spreading along the coast of Slatine, and then continuing to the south part of the island perform a miraculous ring of attractive places for ideal rest and relaxation. The beaches located eastern from Slatine are especially attractive, no matter if you are looking for a long pebble beaches full of people, or small isolated places offering full privacy...

HOW TO REACH US?

When you arrive in Trogir, you have to pass in old centre by first bridge, and then after passing second bridge (connecting island Ciovo with old part of Trogir) you have to turn left for reaching Slatine.
After turning aside, you have to continually driving by a road along the coast, and exactly after 7000m, when passing Vila Sanda and restaurant Panonija on the left side and than Vila Marco Polo on the left side too, on the corner on the right side you will see two block houses- apartment Skelin on the address Bana Josipa Jelacica 57.
